Why not have breakfast overlooking the Sea? Order a coffee, some freshly squeezed orange juice and watch the day begin with some freshly backed Croissants. And adjoining the Balcon de Europa is Plaza del Carmen home to the 17th century church Iglesia El Salvador. Built and later reformed the church displays a mixture of moorish/mudéjar and baroque architectural styles. With a good selection of shady pavement cafes, bars and restaurants Plaza del Carmen is a popular spot to stop for a drink or an ice-cream and watch the world go by.

"Spent a great week here in November. We were very happy with the apartment, it is bright, very clean and modern. About 10 mins walk to the centre of Nerja where we found some lovely restaurants (and enjoyed plenty of ice cream!) but there is also a supermarket close by if you decide to make use of the kitchen. Beaches are only a couple of minutes walk away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"We have just returned from an absolutely fabulous holiday in Nerja. The apartment was wonderful and had everything in it that we could possibly need. All the appliances seemed new and I would have loved to have brought home the fridge/freezer as it is better than the one I have at home! The photos do not do it justice as it is far larger than it appears. It was only about a 4 minute walk to the local beach, although we hired a car and went to the Burriana Beach everyday, as it was much larger and therefore not at all crowded. The Old Town is about a 10 minute walk but there are plenty of bars and restaurants just a stones throw away from the apartment. Thank you for helping to make our stay so comfortable."
