Description:
	This luxury apartment is situated in a quiet tree lined walkway 2 minutes walk to the torecilla beach, 5 minutes to the centre and the Balcon de Europa. There is a private parking underneath the apartment. Situated in the same are as La Cala close to the Hotel Monica/ Perla Marina area, this new apartment is on the 2nd floor. Within a minute walk from the beach and only a few nimutes walk into the centre of Nerja. The apartment has everything you could need for a great holiday. With new furniture. Outside there is a communal swimming pool within the grounds.
	Living Area Lounge/ Dinning area has a sofa, tow chairs and a cable television including english channels and a dinning table with 4 chairs.
	Kitchen Kitchen has an electric hob and oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, all cooking and eating implements (knifes, forks, plates, cups) – basically everything you have at home. From the lounge there are patio doors onto a small south facing terrace with a table and 2 chairs.
	Bedrooms Master Bedroom has a recently purchased double bed, bedside tables and built in wardrobe and en suite bathroom.
	Second bedroom has twin beds, ample closet space, bedside table and lamps.
	Bathrooms En suite bathroom has bath with over head shower, W.C. and wash hand basin. Separate shower room for second bedroom with cubicle, W.C. and wash hand basin.

"Spent a great week here in November. We were very happy with the apartment, it is bright, very clean and modern. About 10 mins walk to the centre of Nerja where we found some lovely restaurants (and enjoyed plenty of ice cream!) but there is also a supermarket close by if you decide to make use of the kitchen. Beaches are only a couple of minutes walk away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"We have just returned from an absolutely fabulous holiday in Nerja. The apartment was wonderful and had everything in it that we could possibly need. All the appliances seemed new and I would have loved to have brought home the fridge/freezer as it is better than the one I have at home! The photos do not do it justice as it is far larger than it appears. It was only about a 4 minute walk to the local beach, although we hired a car and went to the Burriana Beach everyday, as it was much larger and therefore not at all crowded. The Old Town is about a 10 minute walk but there are plenty of bars and restaurants just a stones throw away from the apartment. Thank you for helping to make our stay so comfortable."
